• Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: 1. Conduct induction and coordination meetings with the ILO technical team.2. Review existing career guidance and job/vocational counselling materials.3. Adapt and consolidate materials into a concise and practical career guidance package tailored to:o The operational structure of the Work-Based Learning Programme;o GESOB-s institutional role and capacity;o The Gaziantep labour market context.4. Integrate selected elements related to:o Labour rights and decent work awareness;o Referral pathways to relevant services (e.g. recognition of prior learning, legal aid, social protection, psychosocial support);o Inclusion considerations, including barriers specific to disability, gender, refugee status, and youth. 5. Conduct consultations with ILO Ankara, ILO HQ, GESOB, and career guidance related stakeholders.6. Develop a structured training programme and materials suitable for non-specialist practitioners, including a counsellor-s handbook with practical tools/checklists7. Prepare pre- and post-training assessment and feedback tools.8. Deliver the capacity building training in Turkish to maximum 20 participants, applying participatory adult learning methodologies.9.
