- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant is expected to: • Visit implementing partners and interview BILMER staff, senior officials and relevant stakeholders to assess BILMER efficiency and institutional positioning. • Evaluate each partner-s capacity and willingness to sustain BILMER services, including ability to secure future funding. • Analyse BILMERs- local contribution through consultations with government institutions and service recipients. • Conduct a desk review of post-funding sustainability models and institutional adaptation examples. • Develop tailored strategic plans for each partner and support their institutionalisation. • Deliver two workshops: one to present draft plans for feedback and another to review implementation progress, challenges and good practices. • Hold additional meetings if needed to refine plans or support implementation. • Prepare reports for all workshops conducted.
