- The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is to invite qualified companies and service providers, duly registered and licenced to operate in Türkiye, to submit firm quotations for the provision of service and maintenance of the UNHCR Voice Network, as detailed in Annex A. The RFQ aims to establish a four (4) year frame agreement, with an initial term of two (2) years, extendable for one (1) year plus an additional one (1) year. The agreement shall take effect on 1 January 2026, in accordance with the specifications outlined in Annex A of this document.
